Interflow Selected by Hillsborough County for Miscellaneous Stormwater

December 2016 – Interflow Engineering was selected this month by Hillsborough County to provide Miscellaneous Stormwater Engineering Services, under a 2-year contract with an option to renew for an additional 2-year term.  Interflow has provided water resources consulting services to Hillsborough County on a variety of projects since 2009.  With this award, we look forward to continuing to serve to the County government and residents in the coming years.

Interflow Celebrates 10 Years in Business

April 2016 – Interflow is celebrating our 10-year anniversary this month!  Thanks to the many great clients and team members that have helped make this day a reality.  We are looking forward to continued growth and to providing exceptional client service for another 10 years!

Interflow Awarded 3 SWFWMD Task Work Assignments

June 2015 – Interflow was recently awarded three new task work assignments under our General Engineering Services contract with the Southwest Florida Water Management District.  We will be conducting an alternatives analysis for the Crews Lake Outfall watershed in Hernando County, and providing peer review services for the Delaney Creek and Northwest Hillsborough 5 watersheds.

Interflow Re-Selected by Clearwater

June 2015 – Interflow Engineering was re-selected this month by the City of Clearwater for a second 4-year term as Engineer of Record for the City of Clearwater, Florida.

Interflow Welcomes Richard Johnson

March 2015 – Richard Johnson, a recent Civil Engineering graduate from the University of South Florida, has joined the Interflow Team as an Engineer Intern.  Richard is part of the USF Team that took first place at the 2014 FWEA and WEFTEC Student Design Competitions.  He is also the recipient of the USF College of Civil Engineering Fall 2014 Outstanding Graduate Award.  The award was based on recommendation of the USF faculty for outstanding academic performance, leadership within the college and university, display of professional attitudes when dealing with fellow students, and demonstrating potential for making a major contribution to the profession.

Before enrolling at USF, Richard spent several years in the construction industry as a licensed general contractor.   Richard will be assisting Interflow’s senior staff in a variety of tasks including preparing construction drawings, calculations, and construction observation.
